Sorry but we do not offer a free returns service, if you wish to return your purchase, we recommend you used a trackable postage service.
We can refund or exchange any products that are:
- Purchased within the last 14 days
- In a sellable condition with all tags attached
All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If an item is not sellable we cannot offer a refund or exchange. In order to as satisfy sellable, items must meet the following:
- Tags have not been removed
- Items don't smell of smoke, perfume, aftershave.
- Have not been washed
- Unmarked, not soiled or damaged in any way.
- Shoe soles are unmarked
- Shoes not worn outside
- Shoe boxes are unmarked and not written on.
