Deliveries

All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you the next working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details, which may cause a delay on the dispatch of your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow up to three working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday. Please not that we will only ship to the address entered at the checkout.

The standard delivery charge for the U.K. is FREE with full orders placed to the value of £50.00 or over, regardless of how many items are ordered.
Delivery will be made by Roylmail Recorded Delivery within two working days of the dispatch of the goods from our store .We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays. All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. After an unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, date and time of attempted delivery and the address of the nearest Royalmail office. They will then hold the goods at this office for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the goods; they will be returned to us. If Online Customer Services receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refund.

If your order is placed after 2:00pm on a Friday or over the weekend your item will be shipped the following Monday.

For International delivery we use Royalmail international Signed For Service, these prices vary due to weight.

Any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.
